SERVE AS YOUR FAITH COMMUNITY’S REPRESENTATIVE

We Care was founded by faith communities, and the vital role We Care plays in the lives of many of our neighbors continues to depend on the support of those faith communities. Every 4 months (in January, May, and September) representatives of our supporting faith communities are invited to a lunchtime general meeting to hear about how We Care is addressing the needs of Benton County residents who come to us in crisis. These meetings provide a forum for faith communities to provide suggestions for how We Care might improve, or to help the We Care board determine how to best meet challenges it faces. On occasion, these representatives are asked to vote on changes to the bylaws that help We Care better serve those in need. Attendance at the general meetings is a way for you to ensure that the funds your community gives to We Care are being used in a way that reflects your values and supports your mission and ministry. See the list of current faith community affiliates here. If your community is not listed and would like to partner with We Care, please email us.
